ERA Chair team participated in CEEPC conference in Budapest

ERA Chair holder Mangesh Bhide, PhD and Nicolas Guillemin, PhD, one of the experienced researchers of ERA Chair team, took part in the 10th Central and Eastern European Proteomic Coneference, held in Budapest, Hungary, from 11th to 14th of October. Aim of the conference was to present results and projects in the thematic of proteomics to central and east European countries.  Nevertheless, invited countries were also present, like Japan or United States.

Nicolas Guillemin presented ERA Chair team's poster “Bioinformatic approach for identification of miRNA potential markers of canine babesiosis from proteomics data”, and ERA Chair holder Mangesh Bhide held a presentation ''From PCR to Protein: Protein Synthesis Pipelines.'' Other than presenting the project results, ERA Chair team and the country of Croatia, dr. Bhide and dr. Guillemin participated in the conference to make contacts through the scientific community of central and east Europe and take information about the latest development in researches in central and east Europe. The 4-day conference was a good opportunity to make more contacts and professional network among researchers, and present VetMedZg project.
